Malta art studio private tour

Our Malta Art studio private tour has been introduced to bridge our culture and art scene together a bit closer – it is an amazing private tour that is designed by an artist for all art lovers visiting our shores. The Malta art studio private tour was launched only a few weeks back – and since I have had a foreign artist and his family join on one of the days!

It was a really surreal and enjoyable day. We started off by a very early pickup and headed to our first destination – my friend and sculpture Matt who has his studio in Attard. We had a walk around the village until we got close to the studio where Matt was waiting – he prepared a cup of coffee for us and then led us to his domain! What an amazing sight. All the mediums and half-finished statues were looking at us from every angle! There was a lot of white powder all around.

We continued on our Malta art studio private tour by heading to Qormi where we had a few minutes visiting one of the best bread artisans on the island! While we were in Qormi we also visited one of the number one artists on the island who is now retired but still continues to do a few pieces on commission – Gorg has the best hand in Baroque art many of his work are commissioned by many religious orders here on the island. Gorg also managed to take us to one of the local chapels where he showed us some other interesting works and gave us some information about the local art scene on the baroque styles.

We stopped for a very quick lunch at one of the lovely viewpoints in Rabat – where a very quick lunch consisting of Maltese delicacies was prepared by myself to also coincide the tour with a cultural twist of Maltese food long forgotten – I prepared a dish of ‘arjoli’ and snails which was a pre requisite by my guests!

Let me make you an offer you cannot refuse
